Working through the ranks of some of NYC and Long Islands most decorated restaurants + hotels for the last 20+ years has allowed me to develop menus + flavors that bring a memorable culinary experience to the home. With time spent in both fine dining and comfort arenas, the menus are created with the clients input and are filled with familiar flavors and modern flair.

DINING
I am always striving to create an individualized dining experience that is both refined yet unexpected for my clients to enjoy with their guests. Menus are developed with my clients to ensure their palettes are considered just as much as those they choose to celebrate with.
The full-service experience includes preparing, serving, and offering detailed explanations for each dish, as well as cleaning and ensuring that your kitchen looks exactly as it did when we arrived.
Your event can be as small as a romantic table of two to a fifty person bash.
GRAZING TABLES
Our flat or multi-dimensional grazing tables are beautiful, lush and truly highlight the food in its simplest form and come with an assortment of greenery or flowers to match your theme or aesthetic.
The tables include gourmet cheese selections, cured meats, dried fruits, nuts, olives and other charcuterie items as well as in season local fresh fruit and veggies, with in house made dips and fresh bread, jam and other custom menu options to reflect the theme and season of the event.
Grazing tables are perfect for medium to large at home gatherings, any type of shower, engagement parties and any other time you are celebrating!
Servicing New York Tri-State Area, New Jersey and the Hamptons.
Please note we do not provide the tables but can discuss alternative surface options (i.e. islands, counter-tops etc.)
All grazing table pricing includes set up, greenery, food, labor, plates, napkins and serving utensils.
